Complaints

We hope that your experience at Warboys Primary school is a very positive one. However should a problem or issue arise you should discuss it with the class teacher in the first instance. We aim to resolve problems as quickly as possible and the early they are raised the better.

For more serious issues parents should contact a senior member of staff or the Headteacher. If the response of the school is not to your satisfaction then parents can make an official complaint in writing to the Headteacher or the Governing Body. A copy of the schools complaints policy can be obtained from the school office.
